jabra: do not send mute HID event The mute key on the Jabra device is microphone mute, we should not send a KEY_CROS_MUTE keypress event which triggers the UI to mute the speaker. As we have no mic mute key defined, just skip sending an event for now. BUG=b/11165154 TEST=On Stumpy, press Jabra speakerphone mute button and still hear the sound playing.
