Upgrade trunk chromiumos gcc to gcc-4.8.1 (2nd try). Specifically, this CL synced with svn+ssh://gcc.gnu.org/svn/gcc/branches/google/gcc-4_8@203284 plus the following 2 local CLs - a) - disabled "-Wunused-local-typedefs" b) - ported arm patch "simplify-got", which is on google/gcc-4_7 only. And 1 critical bug fixing here - http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=58854 With this CL, trunk will identical to google/gcc-4_8-mobile @ 41cf2cf853eb9e1ec2f3b0cda204e4aa6bddf7ec. With this new GCC (together with new orderfile), we got good performance data around 2-8% for arm, x86 and x86_64 platforms.
