Run E2E tests on build output + fix Console test race condition This CL adopts the patch from [1] to run E2E tests on build output with added improvements. 1) A race condition where the Console tests failed on Windows has been resolved by ensuring the Console loads before the test pages are loaded. 2) The Console tests disabled in [1] are now re-enabled. 3) The new test added by [2] now runs on the build output (missing file added to BUILD.gn) [1] https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/devtools/devtools-frontend/+/2224809 [2] https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/devtools/devtools-frontend/+/2266001 Bug: 1088463, 1097778, 1099182 Change-Id: Idb7179d18e52edab68c808c6019311637cdb310a Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/devtools/devtools-frontend/+/2268864 Commit-Queue: Brian Cui <brcui@microsoft.com> Reviewed-by: Tim van der Lippe <tvanderlippe@google.com> Reviewed-by: Tim van der Lippe <tvanderlippe@chromium.org> Reviewed-by: Jose Leal <joselea@microsoft.com>
