Fix async widget update starvation and AbortController leaks

This change addresses race conditions and starvation issues that can
occur during rapid asynchronous updates of legacy Widgets.

Specifically, it implements the following fixes:

- Scheduler race condition fix: When dispatching updates in `runNextUpdate`, widgets that are actively running an async update (tracked by `currentlyProcessed`) are now appropriately postponed to the next animation frame queue. This avoids parallel async update race conditions.

- AbortController shielding: `addUpdateController`, `cancelUpdateController`, and `requestUpdate` now safeguard against attempting to `abort()` a controller that is already in an aborted state. Added explicitly clearing out (`undefined`) an already aborted controller when adding a new one so it does not erroneously block subsequent updates.

- Comprehensive promise resolution: Modified the resolution of `allUpdatesComplete` to ensure it only resolves when currentlyProcessed` is fully flushed. Consolidated the duplicated `overallUpdatePromise` resolution logic into a cohesive `resolveOverallUpdatePromise()` helper.

Bug: 507508102
Change-Id: I7659bad2c0d30d8e11aabfa4f8bba24215769e02
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/devtools/devtools-frontend/+/7905437
Auto-Submit: Danil Somsikov <dsv@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Danil Somsikov <dsv@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Philip Pfaffe <pfaffe@chromium.org>

Parse relative URLs inside parentheses without function names

Some frameworks/libraries override Error#stack to print location strings
enclosed in parentheses even when there is no preceding function name
(e.g. "at (foo.js:10:5)"). Standard V8 only emits "at functionName
(foo.js:10:5)" (with function name and parens) or "at foo.js:10:5" (no
function name, no parens).

This change updates DetailedErrorStackParser to explicitly handle stack
frames where the location string is entirely enclosed in parentheses. By
adding a check for content that starts and ends with parentheses when no
function name is detected, the parser can now correctly strip them and
extract the location. This prevents parsing failures on overridden error
stacks.

Bug: 485142682
Change-Id: I0f176ae16afee8bb32d79c76ed7299a979803deb
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/devtools/devtools-frontend/+/7924667
Commit-Queue: Simon Zünd <szuend@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Eric Leese <leese@chromium.org>

[stack_trace] Mirror parseOrScriptMatch in DetailedErrorStackParser

This change updates StackTraceModel to perform target-aware URL
validation by mirroring the old parseOrScriptMatch validation:

1. parseRawFramesFromErrorStack now accepts an optional
ResolveURLCallback parameter.

2. If the callback is present, the parser delegates URL resolution and
validation to it (keeping the parser decoupled from the SDK and target
models).

3. StackTraceModel implements this callback by retrieving the
DebuggerModel and page inspectedURL, and completing/resolving relative
paths using the debugger model scripts (matching the behavior of the old
ErrorStackParser).

4. Evaluated stack traces (<anonymous> and native) are handled
explicitly and permitted without URL validation.

Unit tests are updated to stub the target's inspectedURL and assert
completed URLs. A new test is added in StackTraceModel.test.ts to verify
script matching and relative URL resolution.

Bug: 485142682
Change-Id: Iffe83ef7f11772ca7f709095d3bb118da2c7000a
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/devtools/devtools-frontend/+/7924666
Reviewed-by: Kim-Anh Tran <kimanh@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Simon Zünd <szuend@chromium.org>
"

Programmatic `SyntaxError`: Caught or unhandled `throw new
SyntaxError(...)` which has a stack trace pointing to the throw
location. Script parse failure: No stack trace, but has a compile-time location
in `exceptionDetails`.

3. `eval` parse failure: Has a stack trace pointing to the `eval` call
site, and a compile-time location where the parse failed.

By doing this, we no longer drop the `cause` for unhandled programmatic
syntax errors, and the UI widget logic is simplified since it doesn't
have to handle `SymbolizedSyntaxError` as an entirely distinct type.

R=kimanh@chromium.org

Bug: 485140575
Change-Id: I0e5b0f8da3a194afa0c5cf5c462a85926b60c04f
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/devtools/devtools-frontend/+/7914924
Reviewed-by: Kim-Anh Tran <kimanh@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Simon Zünd <szuend@chromium.org>

AI: Migrate AccessibilityAgent to registry-based executeJavaScript tool

This change completes the migration of the executeJavaScript tool to the
registry by updating AccessibilityAgent to load it from ToolRegistry.
This allows us to delete the duplicate executeJavaScriptFunction
declaration in agents/ExecuteJavascript.ts.

To support this, we generalize the tool context by introducing the
getExecutionContextNode callback on ToolContext, replacing the rigid dependency
on DOMNodeContext. Each agent now overrides this callback to return
its respective target execution context node (the document body for the
AccessibilityAgent, and the selected DOM node for the StylingAgent and
AiAgent2).

Note: We recognize that ToolContext is growing in size and accumulating a mix
of unrelated properties. There is an active plan to re-architect this model,
which will be executed in a follow-up.

Bug: 510206549
Change-Id: I36ee876012c40e39a4b4ca1c66ef66253d8b3b16
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/devtools/devtools-frontend/+/7909706
Reviewed-by: Kim-Anh Tran <kimanh@chromium.org>
Auto-Submit: Jack Franklin <jacktfranklin@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Jack Franklin <jacktfranklin@chromium.org>

AI: Migrate executeJavaScript tool to registry for AIv2

This change migrates the executeJavaScript tool from an inline
declaration in StylingAgent to the centralized ToolRegistry. This is a
prerequisite for achieving full parity in the new skill-based V2 agent
architecture (AiAgent2) without relying on deprecated prototypes.

To support side-effect-heavy tools in V2, we:
1. Update the Tool and AiAgent2 contracts to forward approval options
 (FunctionHandlerOptions) to tool handlers.
2. Inject conversation-scoped state (ChangeManager and ExtensionScope)
into the ToolContext so stateless registry tools can safely sandbox
and track page modifications at runtime.

Both StylingAgent and AiAgent2 now dynamically load the tool from the
registry, ensuring seamless backward compatibility for V1 while making
the capability available to the V2 styling skill.

Note: The Accessibility (a11y) Agent has not been migrated to the
registry tool yet, creating temporary duplication of the
executeJavaScript function declaration in agents/ExecuteJavascript.ts.
This will be de-duplicated in a subsequent CL as part of the Phase 3
migration.

Bug: 510206549
Change-Id: I84a2e003edc1f489b7b9f51a759b9b847221aa6e
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/devtools/devtools-frontend/+/7902306
Reviewed-by: Kim-Anh Tran <kimanh@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Jack Franklin <jacktfranklin@chromium.org>

Harden Extension Server security and fix local file read bypass.

This change fixes a vulnerability where extensions could bypass local file access restrictions by registering 'file:' as a custom `openResourceScheme` (crbug.com/514379954).

The fix implements a defense-in-depth approach by:
1. Removing the short-circuit in `isAllowedOnTarget` that previously authorized resource requests solely based on the registered `openResourceScheme` prefix. Every request now undergoes full security validation, including `canInspectURL`, `hostsPolicy`, and `allowFileAccess` checks.
2. Restoring the global scheme blocklist in `canInspectURL` (undoing the simplification from CL 5976474). This provides a robust, server-wide boundary against inspecting sensitive internal protocols like 'chrome:' or 'devtools:'.
3. Specifically preventing the registration of 'file:' and other internal schemes as custom `openResourceScheme` handlers.
4. Ensuring the `allowFileAccess` toggle is strictly enforced for all 'file://' resource requests, regardless of the registered scheme.

Bug: 514379954
Change-Id: I9f72ae81ad4a623c567ff9f2db5cf70264042fbb
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/devtools/devtools-frontend/+/7903107
Reviewed-by: Philip Pfaffe <pfaffe@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Danil Somsikov <dsv@chromium.org>

AI: Enable dynamic tool registration and delegate context formatting

This change enables dynamic tool registration in the new AI Agent
(AiAgent2) and refactors how inspected context details are formatted
for prompts and the UI.

1. Context Formatting Delegation:
To decouple generic agent logic from panel-specific SDK models (such as
NodeContext), formatting logic is moved directly into
ConversationContext subclasses.
- Introduces getPromptDetails() and getUserFacingDetails() on
 ConversationContext.
- Overrides these on NodeContext (wrapping the DOM node description
 logic previously located in StylingAgent).
- Refactors StylingAgent, AiAgent2, and greendev_floaty to retrieve
prompt and UI details directly from the active ConversationContext.

2. Dynamic Tool Registration:
Implements dynamic tool registration in AiAgent2. When the agent loads
new skills via the learnSkills pipeline, it retrieves the associated
tools from the ToolRegistry and declares them on the fly. This allows
the agent to start with a minimal toolset and dynamically expand its
capabilities during a session.

Bug: 510206549
Change-Id: I85f1e2762b410a655c47cd56be41fe1c916068a8
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/devtools/devtools-frontend/+/7900498
Commit-Queue: Jack Franklin <jacktfranklin@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Alina Varkki <alinavarkki@chromium.org>

[visual-logging] Reschedule and clear cached viewports on window resize

The visual logging framework caches viewport dimensions to avoid
repeatedly reading layout properties. However, it did not listen for
window resize events, and the cached bounds were never cleared/updated.

During E2E tests, the viewport is resized to a tall height (e.g.
800x3000) to render all UI elements. Because the cached bounds remained
at the old defaults, elements lower on the page were falsely considered
off-screen/invisible, causing visual logging to skip recording their
impressions.

This change adds a 'resize' listener on the document's window that
clears the cached viewport rect and reschedules a processing run.

Bug: None
Change-Id: I837c1d6038db67247fbd66808fc9dd212a2c1b18
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/devtools/devtools-frontend/+/7895579
Commit-Queue: Simon Zünd <szuend@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Philip Pfaffe <pfaffe@chromium.org>
"
