  "message": "[cmake] Use `STATIC_LIBRARY` in `CheckTypeSize.cmake` (#27934)\n\nSupersedes #22304.\n\nInstead of linking an executable with `--oformat\u003dwasm` or\n`--oformat\u003dbare`, set `CMAKE_TRY_COMPILE_TARGET_TYPE` to\n`STATIC_LIBRARY` so `try_compile` only compiles and archives the object\nfile without running the linker.\n\nPass `-fno-lto` so that even when `-flto` is present in `CFLAGS`, a\nstandard Wasm object file (containing the plain ASCII `INFO:size[...]`\nstring) is emitted rather than LLVM bitcode.\n\nAlso add `-sWASM_WORKERS`, `-sEXIT_RUNTIME`, and `-flto` coverage to\n`test_cmake_check_type_size`.\n\nFixes: #27932\n\n---------\n\nCo-authored-by: Marc Burns \u003cm4burns@uwaterloo.ca\u003e",
