Remove builders from tricium project cr-buildbucket-dev.cfg

None of these builders are used now.

In fact, this repo and the "tricium" LUCI project are all
unnecessary now (see https://crbug.com/1008461).

About this repository

This repository contains LUCI project config files for Tricium.

The reason for having a separate repository is so that we can have a separate LUCI project, with separate project configs. This is for security and organizational purposes, so that Tricium can be kept separate from other LUCI projects like “infra”, since tricium analysis jobs don't need access to things like logs in other projects.
